簡短版本。 Picklematic keeps the score of a pickleball match. Scoring a match requires Picklematic Pro, which you buy either once or by the week. Apple handles the payment and cancellation. The app is a scoreboard, not a referee — the players decide what happened on court.

下載或使用 Picklematic 即表示你同意本條款。如果你不同意，請不要使用本 App。你的使用還受 Apple 的《授權應用程式最終使用者授權合約》約束，該合約適用於從 App Store 購買的 App。
Picklematic Pro 包含什麼
Picklematic Pro 解鎖 iPhone 與 Apple Watch 上的比賽記分功能，並附上首頁所述的比賽賽制、記錄、統計與進度系統。它有兩種銷售形式：

計費、續訂與取消
- The App Store shows any introductory offer and its eligibility before confirmation. Unless cancelled, the weekly subscription renews at the price and interval displayed by the App Store.
- 確認購買時會從你的 Apple ID 扣款。
- 每週訂閱會自動續訂，除非你在目前週期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂。
- 你隨時可以在裝置的 Apple ID 設定中管理或取消訂閱。取消會停止下一次續訂，但不會縮短你已經付費的目前週期。
- 退款由 Apple 處理，而非我們。請透過 reportaproblem.apple.com 申請。
帳號
帳號是選用的，僅用於在你自己的裝置之間同步比賽記錄。如果你建立了帳號，請妥善保管 Apple ID——任何能存取它的人都能看到你已同步的記錄。你可以隨時依隱私政策所述刪除帳號。
可接受的使用
- 請勿試圖繞過購買、竄改 App，或透過 App 以外的方式存取同步服務。
- 請勿透過 App 內意見回饋提交違法或辱罵性內容。
- 請勿超出適用法律允許的範圍轉售、再散布或逆向工程本 App。
App 不承諾什麼
Picklematic records the score you enter. It does not observe play, and it cannot know whether a ball was in, whether a fault occurred, whether a rally was won, or whether the right button was tapped. The players remain the authority on what happened on court. Picklematic is not affiliated with USA Pickleball or any governing body, and is not an official scoring system for any competition.
本 App 依「現狀」提供。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們排除默示擔保，並且不對間接或衍生損失負責，也不對任何使用了本 App 的比賽、賭注、錦標賽或爭議的結果負責。此處內容不限制依法不得限制的責任。
可用性與變更
功能可能隨 App 發展而變化，同步服務也可能在某些時候無法使用。記分、記錄與設定的設計目標就是離線可用，因此同步服務中斷不會妨礙你記錄一場比賽。
終止
你隨時可以透過刪除 App 來停止使用 Picklematic。如果同步服務遭到濫用，或被以危及他人使用的方式使用，我們可能暫停其存取權限。
適用法律
本條款受土耳其共和國法律管轄，不考慮法律衝突規則，且不剝奪你所在地區適用的強制性消費者保護權利。
